Mary Dixon offers workshops in intuitive art, based on the model of Creatively Fit Coaching in which she is trained.  Using a multi-layered painting process requiring no previous art background, participants get to tap into the meditative benefits of the creative process, which calms the mind and helps focus attention.

They can explore their own desires and set intentions through the use of affirmative words, symbols, colours, and imagery, imbuing their canvases with the kind of energy they wish to radiate in their lives.
