Some of our treatments are covered by many health insurance plans, if you would like to check to see which therapy sessions your insurance covers we suggest you visit the appropiate therapy page here on the website or call us at

We appreciate that sometimes plans change, if you need to cancel or change the time of your appointment you can either try to change the time on the live booking schedule or contact us and we will see when we can reschedule you. We do require at least a 2 hour notice when you can not show up for an appointment whenever possible though please. 

From time to time your therapy plan may require several appointments in a short succession, we offer special options when this is the case. Your individual therapist will discuss this with you at the time of treatment.

Information for clients wishing to book an appointment.

In order to keep our clients and fellow therapists safe, please review the following questions prior to booking:

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19 that you have not fully recovered from?
  • Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms? *(Not related to a previously documented health concern) https://novascotia.ca/coronavirus/when-to-seek-help.
    • fever (i.e. chills, sweats)
    • cough or worsening of a previous cough
    • sore throat
    • headache
    • shortness of breath*
    • muscle aches
    • sneezing
    • nasal congestion/runny nose
    • hoarse voice
    • diarrhea
    • unusual fatigue
    • loss of sense of smell or taste
    • red, purple or blueish lesions on the feet, toes, or fingers without clear cause
  • Have you traveled outside of Nova Scotia within the last 14 days?
  • Have you had unprotected close contact with individuals who have a confirmed or presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 (e.g. individuals exposed without appropriate PPE in use)?
 
If you have answered yes to any of these questions we are sorry but we can not schedule an appointment with you at this time, however we do urge you to please call 811.

If you have answered yes to any of these questions on the date of your scheduled appointment, please cancel the appointment and please call 811.
