The dietitian will ask you about your usual eating pattern, health history, and other aspects of your lifestyle such as activity, sleep and stress levels, as well as your personal goals.
The dietitian will use this information to identify imbalances and also opportunities to make positive changes for an individualized and healthier eating plan. It is important to leave the session with some specific goals that are realistic and meaningful to you. One visit may be sufficient for some clients, while others will benefit from follow-up visits to discuss progress and adjust goals and plans.
Take control of your health and well being with a better understanding of how diet can heal.

Corporate Wellness Programs
Corporate Wellness Program
A wellness program can help employees make changes in their lives to reduce risk of health problems or improve chronic conditions. A program can be tailored to the needs of the employer, but usually includes group presentations, question and answer sessions, individual assessment and learning new skills such as goal setting, menu planning, label reading, managing stress and healthy food preparation.
Wellness programs are a “win-win” for both employer and employee, as they can reduce sick time and absenteeism, and also help employees to be happier and healthier.
Treatment Cancellation Policy:24 hour cancellation notice is required for all treatments. Otherwise, a $25.00 fee will be applied for missed or late cancellations.
